Please read the description for the Online Course Service carefully before placing your order as refunds cannot be given (see section C below).
A. For Self Placed Learning:
Raise refund request within 3 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded the E-Book.
B. For Instructor Led Online Training:
If you want to cancel your order and need refund then you have to raise refund request within 7 business days of purchase of online course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 30% content of an e-learning course or has attended online training for more than 2 day.
After 7 days of time no refund will be given. Also, in case user downloads the recording or learning material for the course the money back guarantee will be void.
C. Cancellation of events:
Exolearn, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
- In case Exolearn cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate:
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 3 days (or less) prior to the event, there full amount will be refunded to the delegate.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 days (or less) prior to the event, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate after 7 days of the event, no refunds will be made.
- Once the training started (led by the instructor) , there is no refunds will be made.

Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
All refunds will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Exolearn Team.
